Fractional COO · Mentoring · Advisory

I make companies work as a whole.

Over a decade inside SaaS and tech companies - from People leadership to COO and acting CEO. I see fast what's blocking a company's growth - in strategy execution, leadership, or how teams work together - and I know how to make it work. With your people, not around them.

01 - The problem

You have the product, the market and good people.

The company still moves slower than it should.

Strategy doesn't convert into quarterly results. Each leader runs their function well, but the functions don't add up to one business.

Growth initiatives launch with energy and quietly dissolve. Budgets go to tools and consultants that change nothing.

And AI is changing how work gets done, but most companies stop at buying the tools - few ask what it means for their people, their structure and how they lead.

I've watched this happen from inside the C-suite, in companies from a few people to 500. It's fixable.

02 - How I help

Two ways to work together.

Hands on

Fractional COO & projects

The briefs I get usually sound like this:
  • "growth has stalled and nobody can say exactly why"
  • "everything that used to be simple got hard as we grew"
  • "everyone's busy, but the things that matter aren't moving"
  • "every quarter ends with reasons instead of results"
  • "headcount doubled, output didn't"
  • "we bought AI tools and nothing really changed"

I take these on as a part-time COO or as a defined project - from strategy execution to M&A. You get C-level operational leadership without the full-time hire. Scope and terms depend on your situation - we agree them on a call.

Think it through

Mentoring for leaders

For founders, C-level, Heads and managers who want to work through a real problem with someone who has run these things in practice - and who will tell you the truth about your situation, including the parts that are uncomfortable to hear.

Simple hourly sessions. No packages, no commitments. We start with an intro call.

Good fit if you're
  • -A founder navigating a hard call, alone at the top
  • -A C-level or Head with a problem you can't take to the team
  • -A manager stepping into a bigger role

03 - How I work

Four principles. No frameworks for their own sake.

Simply.

If a solution needs three frameworks and a committee, it isn't a solution. I look for the simplest thing that will work in your company, in your context.

In context.

What worked in another company is a hypothesis, never the answer. I build solutions around your business, your stage and your people - or I don't build them at all.

Honestly.

I say how it is, even when it's inconvenient. I'm not a conformist and I won't tell you what you want to hear. If you want comfortable, hire someone else. If you want true, we'll get along.

Fair to people.

A company is made of people, and work is a big part of their lives. I don't make that life harder with solutions that look good on paper and feel unnatural in practice.

04 - Background

I've done the job. That's the difference.

Plenty of advisors coach leaders without ever having led a team, or explain strategy without ever having sat in a C-level seat. That's not me.

What I know comes from doing the job: over a decade inside SaaS and tech companies. COO and acting CEO of an organisations up to $15M ARR. Nine functions led or overseen: people, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, tech, product and finance.

Companies from a few people to 500, through scaling, restructuring and M&A. Years of 1:1 work with founders, boards, C-level and Heads, including companies with investors on board.
