I'm Aleksandra. I fix the unfixable, simplify the overcomplicated and make important things actually happen.
I started in organisational psychology and recruitment, then spent years in People leadership inside SaaS and tech companies. Those roles are the best classroom in business nobody talks about: you sit next to every team, every leader and every budget, and you watch how decisions actually get made, where accountability quietly disappears, and why good people stop delivering.
Along the way: scaling, restructuring, layoffs done decently, M&A with its due diligence, cost reviews that found real money, performance systems leaders actually use, and years of 1:1 work with founders, boards, C-level and Heads - including companies with investors on board. Nine functions led or overseen: operations, people, legal, sales, marketing, customer success, tech, product, finance.
I've made the mistakes on my own watch, so you don't have to pay me to make them on yours.
How people function - as leaders, in teams, under pressure - is the thing I'm most curious about. My background is neuropsychology, and it turns out to be excellent preparation for watching organisations make the same mistakes brains do: overload, bias, habits that outlive their usefulness. It's why I read situations fast, and why what I build works with how people actually behave at work. Leaders included.

Three things you should know before we talk.
If a solution needs three frameworks and a committee, it isn't a solution. What worked in another company is a hypothesis, never the answer - I build around your business, your stage and your people.
Including the parts that are uncomfortable to hear. I'm not a conformist, and you're not paying me to agree with you.
A company is made of people, and work is a big part of their lives. I don't make that life harder with solutions that look good on paper and feel unnatural in practice.
Useful, all of it. But it matters less.
Master's in neuropsychology and organisational psychology. ICF-accredited coaching training, DISC D3 certification, Professional Scrum Product Owner, and a stack of leadership and culture programmes. Useful, all of it - but everything above matters more.
